Co-creation Workshop: A Science Diplomacy framework – Flexible guidance 2019

For S4D4C’s ambition, stakeholder contact is imperative. This holds for generating data and for reflecting on analyses together with stakeholders. One of S4D4C’s outputs is a governance framework to guide and structure future foreign STI policy on the EU and Member State levels. We develop the initial, case-based governance framework in close cooperation with stakeholders. This leads to a final version of the governance framework as close to scientific and diplomatic practice as possible. In other words, we bring the project’s co-creation ambitions into practice. Strengthening the link between research and science diplomatic practice, this co-creation approach increases the chances of actual usability and use of the governance framework by practitioners.
