Market Analysis and Business Models for electric Mobility as a Service

If Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and electric Mobility as a Service (eMaaS) are to deliver enough for transport and mobility service providers, innovative business models (BMs) and strategies are needed. As part of the EU funded “eMaaS project”, one of the research lines of the University of Twente within the project focuses on analysing the current BMs used in practice by shared mobility and multi-modal transport companies. This includes a market analysis of existing providers, mobile apps and technology platforms. In this session the first results of the market analysis were presented.
