Description

Next generation authentication systems tend to rely on physical unclonable functions (PUF). The assumption of unclonability relies on technological constraints to replicate them. Modern nanofabrication development though can question such a claim. We attempt to falsify this assumption on the quantum secure authentication (QSA) proposal, which exploits a scattering medium as a PUF. We predict that direct laser writing (DLW) can create and reproduce an artificial scattering medium
