Description

We experimentally demonstrate the first ever integrated RF photonic front-end capable of simultaneous tunable filtering and phase shifting. We achieve, at the same time, >50 dB notch filtering tunable from 3.9 to 8.1 GHz and tunable 2π phase shift from 12 to 20 GHz, with an optimized noise figure of 24 dB and a spurious-free dynamic range of 105 dB · Hz 2/3.
