Description

Written contribution (in Dutch) for the platform Beste-ID in answer to the question "About what have you changed your mind?". It describes how I changed my mind about the catchphrase "software that understands norms and values of people" which I used before. Software cannot truly understand norms and values of people. Instead, we need software that can be "in conversation" with us, so that meaning-making can happen interactively.
