These files include the data, metadata, R-codes and R data files for modelling of ungulate diversity and biomass in the Maasai Mara ecosystem in Kenya in the drought year of 1999 and the normal rainfall year of 2002. "mc_333m.csv": data file for 333 m-by-333 m sub-blocks "Metadata.pdf": metadata for files "mc_333m.csv" and "mc_1km.csv" "prepare data.r": R code to impute missing vegetation records in 333 m-by-333 m sub-blocks and to summarize the data over 1 km-by-1 km blocks for analysis "dgc02k.RData" ...
