This archive contains the dataset to make figures 2, 4-7 and S1 of the manuscript prediction of movement artefacts caused by translation in handheld laser speckle contrast perfusion imaging.
In each folder, open the .m file ending with 'Run_this' in MATLAB and click on Run in the Editor tab.
