Differentiated integration and the EU member states

The dataset covers governmental positions on differentiated integration as well as the salience of differentiated integration in governmental discourses in 27 EU member states. The assessment is based on in-depth analyses of selected governmental documents and parliamentary minutes. Governmental positions were assigned by our country contributors via an online survey. They are based on a holistic assessment of all scrutinized materials. The salience of differentiated integration is measured via keyword counts in parliamentary minutes. The time period covered is 2004/08-2020.
