This dataset corresponds to the research described in: C. van der Tol, N. Vilfan, D. Dauwe, M-P. Cendrero-Mateo, P. Yang (2019), ‘The scattering and re-absorption of red and near-infrared chlorophyll fluorescence in the models Fluspect and SCOPE’, accepted for publication in Remote Sensing of Environment The dataset consists of two parts: 1. Field data of leaf reflectance, transmittance and chlorophyll fluorescence collected in the summer of 2015 at Campus Klein Altendorf (50.61297 N ,6.99420 E) on two varieties of Soybean 2. Model simulation and figure plotting code to analyse the radiative transfer of fluorescence in leaves and vegetation canopies.
