Personal profile

I am an postdoctoral researcher at the Natural Resources department of the University of Twente’s Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation, with extensive experience in the application of molecular tools for environmental monitoring. My research focusses on upscaling environmental DNA diversity profiles using next generation remote sensing data. My areas of interest are: Environmental DNA, terrestrial and marine ecology, remote sensing, and big data and multivariate statistics.
