Personal profile

Research interests

My current research endeavors are aimed at advancing the field of UAV mapping through the integration of photogrammetric computer vision, deep learning, deep reinforcement learning, and robotics. The objective is to develop algorithms for reliable and autonomous real-time mapping capabilities for drones.

I am working towards creating autonomous drones that can perform complex tasks by combining autonomous navigation algorithms with 3D semantic understanding of the environment. The aim is to achieve advanced capabilities in various applications such as patrolling, search and rescue operations in both outdoor and indoor environments, and precision farming.

I am deeply passionate about the potential of this research and am committed to making a meaningful impact in the field of robotics. I believe that my efforts will lead to innovative solutions that can address real-world challenges and push the boundaries of what is possible.
