Personal profile
Dimo is a Course Coordinator of the M-GEO Master's Land Administration Specialization and a Lecturer Land Administration at the Faculty ITC, University of Twente. He is a Secretary General of the School for Land Administration Studies (a joint initiative between the Netherlands Kadaster and Faculty ITC). He is engaged in the daily coordination with regard to the MSc specialization land administration and contributes to the capacity of the land administration knowledge field within the PGM department. His main tasks are the student and course coordination, contribution to the educational activities, acquisition and execution of project services with regard to capacity development and the applied research in the field of land administration.
Expertise
He defended his PhD on ‘Post-conflict land administration, facilitator of post-conflict state building’ in 2016 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Geo-Information Management in 2006. In the period of 2012-2014 he was a secretary of the UNU School for Land Administration Studies. Over the 19 years of professional engagement (1992-2011) in the Agency for Real Estate Cadastre in the Republic of Macedonia, last 12 years were on different managerial positions (Digitizing, GIS and Geo-ICT departments), and the final year, he was Head of the Department for International Cooperation and European Integrations. His current research interest focuses on land administration in post-conflict contexts.
