I am an Italian PhD student in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management. I had a double degree in International Business Management at WSB, Gdansk (Poland) and Business Economics and Management at the University of Sannio, Benevento (Italy). 

During my double degree experience in Poland, I worked in an international bank and the sudden spread of Covid-19 generated profound organisational and managerial changes in work management. Since then, I have been passionate about assessing how changes in organisations can generate an impact on people and management processes. My research projects are related to the help-seeking process and tools in organizations, both from workers' and managers' perspectives due to digitization and remote working. I am interested in the social aspects of Information Technologies and how digitalization impacts HRM.
