I am currently an external PhD student at the Faculty of ITC, University of Twente, Netherlands and an Assistant Lecturer, University of Lagos, Nigeria. My background spanned through Geology and earth observation science with particular interest in the use of remote sensing for oil spill research. At present, Currently, I am working detection and characterization of hydrocarbon oil on hyperspectral and multispectral data, with implication on hydrocarbon mapping for oil spill monitoring. My research also covers other area relating to pollution studies, where hydrocarbons is the subject pollutant.
