Llewellyn E. van Zyl (PhD) is a positive organizational psychologist with a keen interest in the design, implementation and evaluation of positive psychological interventions. He holds both an Assistant Professor in work and organisational psychology with the Department of Human Performance Management at the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e) and an Extraordinary Professorship in Industrial Psychology with the Optentia Research Programme at the North-West University in South Africa. He is a respected academic, published author and talent management consultant specializing specializing in strengths-based talent analytics, positive psychological assessment methods and positive psychological intervention development. During the past decade, he has gained extensive experience in the development, implementation and evaluation of strategic strengths-based talent development initiatives for multi-national corporations spanning from the Netherlands and Saudi Arabia to South Africa.
