I use metabarcoding technique and remote sensing data to assess and monitor soil biodiversity in forest ecosystems. More specifcally, I focus on microororganisms (bacteria and fungi) as well as micro-arthropods (springtails and mites). My research interests include ecosystem assessment, biodiversity monitoring and assessment, eDNA.
