Olivia joined IEBIS in September 2019 as an external PhD student in the Information Systems domain. Besides this, she is working as an Agile & DevOps consultant at the IT consultancy company Quint. Her current research interests lie in improvement of DevOps team performance and capabilities as well as designing capability-based enterprise architectures as an enabler for the above mentioned factors. Before starting her combined PhD/consultancy trajectory, Olivia graduated as a BSc International Business Administration and MSc Business Information Technology at the UT.
