Personal profile

I am an MSc Biomedical Engineer and currently a PhD Candidate at the University of Twente in the research field of Orthopedic Biomechanics developing personalized solutions to improve the quality of life of patients requiring total knee arthroplasty. Besides, I have worked as a researcher in Roessingh Research and Development investigating non-operative treatment methods for hip dislocations after total hip arthroplasty. In addition, I contribute to the biomedical community development being the founder and leader of Biomedical Engineering Group Twente; the first biomedical engineering meetup in the Netherlands.
