Rizqi Nur’aini A’yuninnisa is a PhD Candidate in Change Management & Organisational Behaviour (CMOB) research group, University of Twente, the Netherlands. She is also a lecturer in Faculty of Psychology, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. She holds a Master in Work and Organizational Psychology (cum laude) from Maastricht University, the Netherlands. Her research interest is in the area of (positive) organizational behavior, leadership, and cross-cultural psychology. At the moment, she is working on her dissertation focusing on individual flourishing-at-work.
