I am SAJ MOHAN M M, a postdoctoral research fellow at the Industrial focus group XUV Optics (XUV) group in the Faculty of science and technology (TNW), University of Twente. I completed my bachelor's degree in electronic and communication engineering in 2009 from Calicut University, India, and my master's degree in Nanotechnology at Anna University, Chennai- India. I completed my Ph.D. at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, India in 2019. I have 18 months of post-doctoral researcher experience from UCCS, University dÁrtois, Lens, France. My research interest is in developing piezoelectric/ ferroelectric/multiferroic devices for various industrial applications. My current work focuses on developing industrial prototypes of adaptive optics using (PZT) piezoelectric thin films. Strain engineering of epitaxial thin films, Engineering of nanosheets as a template layer for epitaxial growth, and exploring pMUT device materials and device characterization are the other interesting research fields.
