Sansar Raj Meena is an assistant professor (RTDa) at the Department of Geosciences, University of Padua and Visiting Scientist at ITC, University of Twente. He received MSc in Geoinformation science and earth observation from ITC, UTwente, Netherlands and a Doctoral degree in Applied Geoinformatics from the University of Salzburg, Austria. Recently he has been awarded a research grant by Regione del Veneto, Italy. He specializes in AI, remote sensing and GIS applications in Natural hazards.
