Tamara Oukes has a degree in Business Administration (MSc) from the University of Twente and Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship (MSc) from the Technical University of Berlin. As a PhD researcher (2013-2018), she researched how a startup initiated, maintained and developed business relationships. She also studied how network position and related power influence the multipartner alliance performance. Currently, Tamara is a postdoc researcher in an NWO-funded project which focuses on creating design principles for the development of sustainable collaborative business models in the field of inclusive innovations.

Fingerprint Fingerprint is based on mining the text of the person's scientific documents to create an index of weighted terms, which defines the key subjects of each individual researcher.
