Tom Hartman, PhD researcher at the University of Twente, won the prestigious 2021 President Memorial Award of the IEEE EMC society, presented in memory of Donald N. Heirman. This was announced at the EMC Society Award Ceremony during the 2021 EMC+SIPI International Symposium.
