Abstract

We overview our recent progress in Si 3 N 4 -photonic-chip-based microwave photonic filters, with demonstrations of optimized link-performance, advanced functionalities and compactness which are crucial properties for practical employment in future and existing radio-frequency (RF) signal processing systems.
