Abstract

We congratulate Katharina Hölzle with her new job as a professor of Technology Management and Human Factors at the University of Stuttgart, leading the institute for Human Factors and Technology Management as well as the Fraunhofer Institute for Industrial Engineering. After some seven successful years as one of the two editors in chief of Creativity and Innovation Management (CIM), she has now left the editorial team to be able to put all her energy in the new position. We are truly grateful for the years we have been working together with CIM. Always with high energy, a sharp mind, lots of exciting ideas, many laughs, and the ability to take many different perspectives to solve “wicked problems” along the way. The combination of having really fun together while being committed and engaged in the hard work it is to be editor in chiefs for a scientific journal such as Creativity and Innovation Management has been rewarding for us in ways that go beyond the work with the journal. We will miss you, but we also know you will be with us in the future as well, albeit in a different role in the thrilling journey CIM is on.
