Analysis of Commercial Real Estate Operating Models

Abstract

Commercial real estate as a special form of real estate has its unique nature, which directly leads to the operating model of commercial real estate is very different from the residential real estate. Property and profit model is very different from the traditional residential real estate and commercial real estate, which leads to different operating models for different types of real estates. For different commercial real estate should be based on the specific project types and project positioning using different operating model to operate in order to obtain a lasting and rich profit, which is more conducive to long-term development of enterprises. Through the analysis of the commercial real estate business model, the paper pointed out that the only rent not sell model is the trend of the future commercial real estate development.
