Abstract

Correction to: Nature Nanotechnology. Published online 23 March 2020. In the version of this article initially published, there were presentation errors in the range of y-axis values displayed in Extended Data Figure 4a,b, and Extended Data Figure 5b. The errors have been corrected in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
