Abstract
The Back Cover picture illustrates the critical role of the catalytic moiety in the early-time photodynamics of H2 generating photocatalysts. A new T3 excited state is observed to quench triplet metal-to-ligand charge transfer (3MLCT) states. More information can be found in the Communication by A. Huijser and co-workers on page 2654 in Issue 17, 2016 (DOI:10.1002/cphc.201600458).
