Abstract

This paper is about blended learning lessons from our experience regard response to Covid19 at Faculty ITC, University of Twente, the Netherlands. Faculty ITC has a long record with using Elearning platforms and approaches. With the first wave Covid19 pandemic we adopted to the new situation of e-learning in very short time as our staff were already skilled with using almost all
available e-learning platforms and e-communication techniques. Some challenges during the first wave e-learning were execution of the practical’s and the exams within the quartile 3, and those were improved for the quartile 4. We started the new school year with the motto: we will work on campus if we can and online because we can and with 40% of the education capacities. Since September our staff were encouraged to move back slowly to blended and face-to-face education, new challenges came with that.
