Abstract
“Breast Cancer: Global Quality Care” brings together over 130 experts from more than 30 countries to address the challenges of equitable and sustainable breast cancer care worldwide. Focusing on value-based healthcare, the book emphasizes resource-efficient, patient-centered approaches and highlights the need for global coordination among clinicians, policymakers, and advocates. The work highlights strategies such as prevention, early detection, timely diagnosis, and comprehensive management, focusing on low-middle-income countries. It advocates for global collaboration to optimize care across different socio-economic and political contexts, promoting cost-effective, evidence-based innovations to improve outcomes, reduce inefficiencies, and ensure high-quality care for all women.
