    Abstract

Comparisons of evaluated and actualperformances of common mode chokes are presented. The evaluated performances are based on a newbehavioural model for common mode chokes and theidentification of its uncertainties to evaluate the upperand lower limits of the final attenuation. Results arecompared with the final performances of the chokeplaced in a circuit. The behavioral model is essential insimulation of EMI effects.
