Abstract

The research problem, which was stated as the central research question is: What strategies can multiple estates employ to be competitive? The research addressed three aspects of this question by considering the elements to which such strategies should be directed (research question 1); who should be responsible for the strategies (research question 2); and what should such strategies entail generically (research question 3).
