Abstract
Flexibility platforms help DSOs manage electricity demand and supply fluctuations, avoiding congestion - crucial as grids integrate renewables. This paper introduces FPM, a flexibility platform acting as a parallel market to aid DSOs in congestion management. It minimizes DSOs' procurement costs while maximizing CSPs' comfort. Efficient, scalable algorithms are employed, and results show that FPM is a promising and good alternative to be implemented.
