Abstract

Following publication of the original article [1], the authors identified some errors in their article: In the abstract, the explanation for the axis is provided in the reversed order (highlighted below). It should say: “[…]…along two axes: leadership stance (favourable to unfavourable) and leadership behaviour (passive to active) instead of: “along two axes: leadership stance (passive to active) and leadership behaviour (favourable to unfavourable).” Secondly, in section 4.3.2 the numbers 13, and 19 should be in parenthesis (13, 19) and not in square citation brackets [13,19] as they refer to interviewees rather than literature sources.
