Abstract

(One Earth 4, 307–319; February 19, 2021) In the originally published version of this article, the author footnote “Deceased November 18, 2019” was unfortunately assigned to the wrong author as a result of a typesetting error during the production process. It now appears correctly assigned to Arjen Y. Hoekstra online. The Journal deeply regrets this oversight as well as its unfortunate implications.
