Abstract
We noticed the existence of typos in the expression for the boundary conditions for the Keldysh component of the Green's function in the original paper. The typos have negligible influence on the conductance results as shown in Figs. 7 and 8. 1. The last line of Eq. (II.50) is (Formula Presented) (Figure Presented).
