Abstract
Quality control is of the very highest relevance for academic educational programs. In the EUSL project, all the universities involved are fully aware of this and have their own internal quality control systems in place. However, in joint collaborations it is extremely important to leverage these controls in all possible ways. And when it comes to digital and online education there are several further, also non-academic criteria that need to be taken care of. In WP2 we aimed to develop a practical and innovative quality assurance methodology for digital and hybrid learning. This methodology is called LEQID: The LEAN Educational Quality and Instructional Design methodology. We see lean is a way of thinking about creating needed value with fewer resources and less waste. So, a methodology to create value: assure educational quality and support the educational design and always try to reduce resources needed and waste. In this deliverable we describe the results of our work done.
