N2 - Two phase flow research is widely spread in The Netherlands among industrial laboratories (process industry) and universities. To summarize everything which is going on would be impossible, and the following is restricted to mentioning those experiments and investigations that are intended to improve the understanding of basic phenomena in gas/liquid flow. Even with the above mentioned restriction, the following survey is not complete, but it is hoped that the most important current research is included.
