Abstract
De eens zo vermaarde Nederlandse sturingsfilosofie is aan slijtage onderhevig. De uitgangspunten zijn onduidelijk en voor de positie van de student is nauwelijks aandacht. Het is tijd de verantwoordelijkheden en bevoegdheden te verhelderen.
