Abstract

In 2002, we published a paper in Energy Policy under the title: Green electricity in the market place: the policy challenge (Fuchs & Arentsen 2002). In that paper, we used a co-evolutionary approach to show the extent to which producers and consumers were locked into technological and institutional trajectories favoring non-renewable energy sources and traditional large utilities.
