    Abstract

This paper studies H 2 almost output synchronization problem for heterogeneous continuous-time multi-agent systems (MAS) with passive agents and strongly connected communication graph. For passive agents, a non-introspective linear static protocol can be designed to achieve almost output synchronization with arbitrarily small H 2 norm.
