Abstract

In the paper three development projects will be described and analyzed on the way the project risks were managed. This risk evaluation study was carried out within three separate business units of a multinational company in the electronics industry. As a result of the analyses, a risk reference frame has been developed and will be explained and discussed in the paper. This framework consists of points of attention and possible risk measures and solutions that have proven their value in practice.
