Abstract

High-quality YBa2Cu307-x films were prepared in-situ by laser ablation on MgO (100) and SrTi03 (100) substrates. We especially investigated the influence of the substrate temperature. With optimum preparation conditions zero resistivity was derived for films on MgO at 84.6 K and on SrTi03 at 89.5 K. The residual resistance is found to be linear proportional to the temperature width of the superconducting transition.
