    Abstract

The research project 'Inclusive Innovation' aims at stimulating dialogue about inclusion of social responsibility based on universal human rights in the conduct of business. This dialogue concerns both the communication within the organisation and between the organisation and interested parties in society. The inclusion of social responsibility can be stimulated in different ways. Companies can include in their management system on a voluntary basis, it can be demanded by customers, government might declare laws on this respect or non-governmental organisations together with the media can force companies to include social responsibilities. For stimulating this dialogue the project aims for the following results:- Overview of the state of the art discussion about inclusion of social responsibility in the different countries of the EU- Determining indicators to monitor the behaviour on social responsibilities by linking codes of conduct to the EFQM-model for quality management- Development of a self assessment method and benchmarking opportunityIn order to come to these results we are looking for co-operation with universities in different parts of the European Union.
