Abstract

We demonstrate narrow-band spectral-line amplification by Stimulated Brillouin Scattering (SBS) of a parametrically generated frequency comb, enabling lower noise carriers for 96-Gb/s-DP-64-QAM with bit-error rate <;4.5×10 -3 over the C-band. Scalability to SBS gain-combs is also shown.
