Abstract
We demonstrate a microwave photonic notch filter with 18 MHz linewidth and 35 dB rejection in a Si3N4 covered with TeO2 waveguide. The demonstration is enabled by the high gain (67.5 m−1W−1) achieved by engineering the waveguide geometry.
