Abstract

Users of maps and photographs often wish to extract and combine information from both of these sources. At the Wageningen Agricultural University in the Netherlands a software package called MONOPLOT has been developed on a personal computer to achieve the above mentioned user's wishes. In this paper an outline is given of Monoplot's concepts; into primary realisation, recent supplementary developments and planned additions.
