Abstract

This new approach to gathering landscape-level crop maps for agricultural statistics improves sampling frames using high resolution remotely sensed satellite data combined with seasonal weather pattern data. Related is how Dynamic Area Sampling Frames improve the representativeness of field data and increase data utility.
