Abstract

The scholarly and practitioner world discusses the relevance of agility, yet without clear conceptualisations and definitions. This systematic literature review critically examines the concept of agility through a multi-level lens to explore the emergence of organisational agility through agility at team and individual levels. The review underscores the intricate potential of shaping agility at both individual and team levels, emphasizing the need for further exploration of team-level predictors and outcomes. The newly-build propositions fuel future research, advocating studies of the interplay between individual and team factors in fostering organisational agility, thereby offering valuable insights for theory and practice.
