- Field development of applications for mapping community forest carbon.
- Spatial information requirements of mapping community boundaries, relevant
community forestry management zones, and biomass / carbon sampling in plots,
- Applying CyberTracker software with Google Earth images and ILWIS GIS.
- Based on practice and experience and procedural developments from community
carbon forestry mapping and monitoring in the KTGAL research project [ 1 ],
previous field applications in Himalayas and Tanzania.
